Hello Rosemont Families,
Thank you for your patience and understanding during the provincial phased restart to school.
I hope you all had a chance to read over the Continuity of Learning plan that I shared with you on Friday. I am reattaching it if you missed it. As you read, this is in the event we have to have a temporary school closure, most likely due to staff and replacement shortages due to COVID illnesses.

We have also been asked to review our health protocols at schools. A few procedures that we have been asked to implement again are:
All meetings (PAC, staff, assemblies, etc) will only be held virtually
Visitors (parents) will need to make an appointment to come into the school again. We are still able to welcome hot lunch volunteers.
If you need to pick up your child, please call Laureen (250) 352-3182 and she will gather your child for you to meet you outside the front doors.
To ensure we are all staying healthy, please be sure to the use the K-12 daily health check at https://www.k12dailycheck.gov.bc.ca/healthcheck?execution=e1s1
Similarly, if your child complains about COVID symptoms at school, families will be notified immediately for pick up.
Please make sure your child has a mask every day at school. Please review with them about wearing it properly as it might have been a few weeks since they wore one consistently.

PAC OSO coffee fundraiser is happening this month – please see the attached order form. A paper order form will also be coming home with your child(ren) this week. Orders and payment due Friday, January 21, 2022.
