Rosemont garden gifts

'Learning ultimately supports the well-being of the self, the family, the community, the land, the spirits and the ancestors' - First Peoples Principle of Learning, FNESC

Another school year is upon us, and with this time of year comes many gifts from the land as natural beauty and abundance!  We are so grateful to learn and grow with the land at Rosemont School. Thanks to community members who kept our garden nourished and hydrated over the summer months, we will enjoy the teachings and gifts that this beautiful garden space has provided to our school community.  In October, we will give thanks with a school-wide harvest celebration and continue to deepen our school connection to land, the community and all the teachings provided to us from this sacred shared space.
