Happy Thanksgiving to you all! 

We had a busy week at school last week with presentations from Rosemont parent and Nelson Firefighter Captain Chris Thast and his firefighter colleague Chas on lithium battery safety.  Our Grade 6 student Charlie went up in the bucket ladder! We also welcomed and enjoyed a presentation from Ms. Ryan’s sister Jenn and her husband Dave – did your children tell you they played a new instrument called the rubber chicken?  😊

1.Rosemont Spirit Wear closes tonight, October 11th at 10:00pm.  This will be the only time this school year to get some Rosemont swag for your children (and/or yourselves).

2. The Rosemont October PAC meeting is on Wednesday, October 14^th at 5:30pm in the Library.  Free pizza and childminding will be available.

3. Wednesday, October 14 and Thursday, October 15 are EARLY DISMISSAL days – Rosemont students will be dismissed at 1:30pm. If you haven’t done so, please sign up to visit your classroom teachers.  We hope to have all families come to the school on early dismissal days.

Your order deadline is: October 26 2026

All orders will be shipped to the school. If you miss the deadline, your order will be shipped with your school's Catch Up Photo Day orders at no extra cost, however this will take 3-5 weeks.
